2.3.2. Silicon Valley Apex Foundation

Silicon Hills Apex Foundation is a global non-profit organization that is committed to serving the “All Universe Ecosystem”. Established in August 2021 and registered in the USA, the Foundation focuses on ecological governance and advancement of the All Universe Ecosystem, promoting its safe and harmonious development.

The Foundation's main mission is to manage the community on behalf of all All Universe consensus members with community prosperity as its core task. To achieve this, the Foundation has established a decision-making committee, an action committee, and several specialized working groups responsible for specific affairs. The decision-making committee formulates the Foundation's long-term strategies and policy directions, while the action committee focuses on implementing these strategies and ensuring the effective execution of plans. The working groups handle specific projects and activities, such as environmental protection, community development, education, and technological innovation.

The Silicon Hills Apex Foundation also collaborates with various organizations and institutions including tech companies, academic institutions, and other non-profit organizations, to jointly promote the comprehensive development of the All Universe Ecosystem.
